Critical: #lockdown was a tool to #flattenthecurve and avoid overwhelming hospitals. We have been doing this. Stage Two I have been calling the ‘inbetween’ - moving from crisis to ‘living with covid19’ in the absence of a vaccine. Governments shouldn’t get stuck in #lockdown.
