$UMAV completed it's Q3 2025 Filing. The increased Authorized shares is due to debts that are owed to the Senior Debt Holders. A full update will be forthcoming after our meetings with the Fund have been completed. $UMAV's Term Sheet with the FUND for up to $50 million is still intact. Stay tuned to $UMAV...
