My brother @MuriraKinoti , the next time you visit State House to give His Excellency the progress report on the Nairobi cooperation, kindly inform him that people are not taking their jobs seriously. Even after his address in Parliament, it still feels like @KURAroads , @KeNHAKenya and @047County are operating below standard. The level of underperformance and mediocrity is simply unacceptable. I have shared enough pictures in this post for you to pass along. Take a look at Chiromo Westlands Road being recarpeted, yet the broken kerbs, poor design and pathetic drainage are still there. It is just a fresh coat of tarmac with the same underlying problems. The other roads, as you know, still carry your signature potholes, and county garbage continues to pile up. Bro, I know these are not your standards, because you are an engineer. 1/4

Who else has realized the ignorance of the @SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care towards its customers. People are really complaining about the new app they just rolled out I have raised concerns that @SafaricomPLC is promoting this app to maximize on the platforms that use safaricom space to sell their products. You may have realized that the mpesa toolkit is now so slow but using the app to transact is quick and reliable. @SafaricomPLC must address these concerns immediately and formally. This useless thing called OneApp is honestly frustrating to use. In some cases, you are forced to tap things twice for no reason. For example, when sending money, you first tap “Done” and then “Send”. Why should users go through two steps for one simple action? To make matters worse, I have also lost some of my saved paybills and tills. Safaricom has really gone down when it comes to listening to customers. Instead of improving the user experience, the top leadership seems more focused on looting than fixing obvious problems that affect everyday users.
