They can’t provide why FIFA didn’t invite Rihanna, Michael Jackson, Drake, Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, Justin Bieber, the Weeknd, Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, Adele, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Billie Elish for a soundtrack
These are the greatest artists of their eras and FIFA didn’t invite any of them
They are trying so hard to push WC soundtrack on us like it’s one special stuff.
harrrsha@WizStatz
I’ll deactivate if you can provide me one solid reason on why they didn’t call the top 5 biggest artists in the world right now Drake, The Weeknd, Justin Beiber, Bad Bunny and Taylor Swift. Even Michael Jackson is his era.

It’s obvious some of you don't know what you're talking about, Wizkid literally headlined Rolling Loud twice, earning $1 million per set, why would he accept pennies just to be on a World Cup tracklist, Furthermore his relationship with Tony Elumelu goes way beyond business, UBA paid him over 3 billion Naira for that ambassadorship in 2019, sometimes your ignorance makes me wonder if you’re actually this foolish or just trolling for views.
FELIX@festus23619
Whenever Wizkid misses out on a big gig, his fans would start making it seem like he was given a choice but he chose to ignore.. When in reality, they know no one even thought of booking Wizkid in the first place Cause how can he always be showing up to perform for Tony Elumelu and you want me to believe he rejected a World Cup gig 😭 Make it make sense nah 😂😂

@GStubborn10434 If wizkid is bigger than FIFA so that means afrofest is bigger than FIFA😂😂

You asked for 7 ways Tinubu’s policies have benefited ordinary Nigerians:
1. NELFUND support for over a million Nigerian students. Those beneficiaries are not elites; they are everyday Nigerians.
2. Free primary and secondary education for about 30 million children. Are those children not from ordinary Nigerian families?
3. Massive federal road construction across the country. The people using those roads are traders, workers, students, and commuters not just the elite.
4. Increased allocations to states and local governments. The governors and local councils you praise today are spending money made possible by higher federal disbursements.
5. Support for the Dangote Refinery and the naira-for-crude initiative. Without these policies, fuel scarcity and endless queues could have remained a recurring nightmare.
6. Stability in public universities. When last did ASUU shut down academic activities nationwide? Millions of students are benefiting from uninterrupted academic sessions.
7. Renewed investor confidence and increased capital inflows. New investments mean new factories, construction projects, and jobs for ordinary Nigerians trying to earn a living.
And that’s just seven. The list is much longer.

@Aniedi_7 @FIFAWorldCup Cry cry babe u want to see ur wizzy, shame!!!
English

Hello .@FIFAWorldCup ,
It has come to our attention that you don’t seem to value Afrobeats artists as much as you should. It’s difficult to understand why wack artists like Rema, Davido, and Burna Boy would be offered what appear to be relatively low-paying opportunities just to be featured on your album.
When people think of a global FIFA soundtrack, they expect internationally recognized superstars such as Wizkid, Drake, Bad Bunny, or even Taylor Swift. Seeing artists with that level of global influence would make the project feel much bigger and more prestigious.
What surprised me the most was seeing Odumodublvck featured on the album. Personally, I don’t believe he’s at the same level as many of the artists who could have been considered for a project of this scale.
We hope FIFA takes greater care in future editions and gives artists the level of recognition and respect they deserve.

English

I know things are bad in Nigeria right now, but please, @wizkidayo , I’m begging you, you don’t have to say anything.
Recently, you spent over ₦100m for children in Surulere and also participated in the #Endsars movement – both online and offline, home and abroad. You’re just a private citizen. You’ve done your best, and you’re still doing your part.
I’m saying this because you should know when to speak out and when not to. Don’t let anyone pressure you into speaking out. Mind you, these same people pressuring you today are the same ones who collectively tried to end your career over a harmless tweet.
They want to pick and choose. They want the freedom to constantly criticize and insult you, yet still expect you to ignore how they’ve treated you over the years and speak on their behalf. They claimed your songs that raised awareness were nothing but stunts and accused you of profiting from people’s suffering. Yet today, these same people want you to speak out for them.
Your “Biggest Bird in Africa” title comes from being exceptional at what you do. You’re not an activist, and honestly, I’m glad you stopped making conscious music.
Remember, these people don’t like you. Don’t let them guilt trip you into carrying responsibilities they never appreciated when you did.
God will save and help Nigeria.🇳🇬 ❤️👏

@Dynamicwrshpers @PeterPsquare So your new Nigeria allow people to be use as slaves?
English

Dear Mr P @PeterPsquare,
I am shocked to discover that we now have bandits in Lagos. This is a very concerning issue that needs serious government intervention. We appreciate your bringing publicity to this issue.
However, Mr P, have you considered moving, stepping out of Lagos, especially back to Anambra, your home state, which was ruled and developed by the best governor Nigeria has ever produced and the saviour of the new Nigeria.
I know you might be wondering if I followed the advice I am offering you. Yes, three years ago, when I tried moving into Lagos, I realised the lifestyle was not meant for me, and following your previous tweet about the owners of Lagos not making it in Lagos, I moved back to Abk, where I come from.
And while addressing bad leadership, the public would also like you to address the allegation of the way you treated May D and Cynthia Morgan while they were signed to your record label.
Thanks.

@Iyoaiye_ "...failed to convince many Nigerians that he possesses the depth and capacity..." tinubu wey pass am how he be? He convince us yet see your lifes. So leave us with the failed one. We don too try the PASSED ones , let's switch to FAILED ones, our life fit better u never can tell
English

For those agitating and clamouring for the removal of President Tinubu in 2027, let me for once, align with your illogical school of thought and join your call, even though it is glaringly unrealistic. Let me assume, for the sake of argument, that it is actually possible.
My question then is simple: who exactly is the better alternative among those currently being paraded as potential replacements in 2027?
Is it @atiku, whose era as Vice President was marked by controversies surrounding the privatization of national assets and whose former ally, Babachir Lawal, has openly suggested that his emergence could pose serious religious and ethnic concerns for the country? A Fulani man whose who could be perceived as being too sympathetic to interests linked to the Fulani establishment at a time when Nigeria is still battling insecurity.
Or is it @PeterObi, who is even the worst of them all. Beyond his tribal and religious bigotry, a fact known by many in the country, he has also consistently failed to convince many Nigerians that he possesses the depth and capacity required for the nation's highest office?
A man whose public engagements frequently generate more questions than answers, whose responses are often contradictory, who thrives on highlighting catastrophic narratives, and whose tenure as governor was, according to the people he governed, far from being free of security challenges.
To me, these remain the two weakest and worst candidates ever seriously projected to take over from Pres Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
If there are other contenders with stronger credentials, clearer visions and greater capacity than those currently on offer, then bring them forward. Perhaps then I may permanently align with your argument for removing Tinubu in 2027 who has placed Nigeria on the path of steady progress.
Until that happens, all the noise, propaganda and political excitement surrounding the idea of unseating him amounts to little more than political fantasy and childish play that is unlikely to materialize.
RCCG ADEBOYE AMEN Mbaka
