We may want to scream this from the rooftops, but letting go of the need to have others know & accept the #truth of the #NarcissisticAbuse we suffered = FREEDOM. Let ppl believe what they want. YOUR knowing the truth is all that TRULY matters. This is a tough one, I know.

@MThriving I learned about this type of abuse immediately upon leaving and it helped me to understand what happened to me but I never found a group of ppl who experienced it as well. It’s such a crazy experience that you sometimes wonder, “did that happen?”

@MThriving I just found this hashtag on Twitter for the first time and I your messages have been so impactful. I left this type of relationship in 2017 after 18 months of pure hell and torture. I didn’t recognize myself at the end.
