all jokes aside my brother going on a pod & casually unloading sensitive internal stuff without explicit permission is pure rookie behavior. a cardinal sin if you will & any serious company would instantly nuke you for it esp someone like elon.
as an employee, you do not get to unilaterally appoint yourself spokesperson especially about your leader’s working style, internal processes, or culture. that’s breach of trust 101.
modern media rewards talking. but companies reward discretion. confuse the two & you get exactly this outcome.
hopefully you learn an important lesson, get another shot somewhere else, & don’t make the same unforced error again. even the most autistic engineers understand this boundary.
