@cronicjon if u make one slightly sweeter and load up with some chilli can use it for mexican (nacho etc). Then u can get the pulled pork or brisket from coles and away u go. Cheap dinner and super quick

Yeh I add chilli into mine, u dont need to boil the glass jars, just nuke em or pour boiling water over them and the lids. Seal when the chutney is still hot in the jar. If you make one big bath u can split it and add more sugar into one for a sweeter chutney like a jam, increase etc.. u get the drift'
