I cannot stop thinking about Anthropic today for some reason 1. They claim that they are a company that prioritizes safety first and that they are creating a model responsibly 2. we learned from the code leak that anthropic employs deceptive techniques by calling fake tools to throw off distillers... Is this lying pattern built into claude or just the harness running claude? What else are they lying about? I am a bit more concerned now.

The playbook has changed: Old path: - Come up with an idea - Fundraise from friends or VCs - Hire a team - Build the product - Hope it works New path: - Start with an audience (X, Instagram, TikTok) - Vibe code something for that audience - Build a community around it - Automate fulfillment with AI agents - Repeat That's the new barrier to entry is a laptop and an idea.

Sadly, one way I now recognize fake AI-generated replies is that AIs write punchier sentences than most ordinary humans.

The SINGLE most important interview question in 2026 (regardless of role): “What are you currently building with AI?” If they answer “nothing”? Wish them luck.
