She tracks him down in a parking lot, screams profanity, assaults him, knocks his phone out, stomps on it, and threatens him while her husband rolls up to back her up. All because one review might ‘run her business into the ground.’ Congrats, Mallory — you just turned a minor Yelp complaint into national news, arrests for harassment and criminal mischief, and guaranteed your shop is now famous… for all the wrong reasons. His negative review wax glossed your business compared to the damage you just did. Business 101 fail of the year. Who needs bad reviews when you do THIS on your own?🍦🚔

@AmericanCrime01 Wow! That was a very stupid move by the owners. She ia lucky it ended the way it did. They never would've gotten that far with me or many others. Luckily they ran into the right person. Reviews are allowed, good or bad, and that's something businesses have to live with.

A Bay Minette business owner and her husband were arrested for harassing a customer over an online opinion. Customer Daniel Smit left a negative review online after having a bad experience at the newest ice cream shop in town -- "Local Scoop." Shop owner Malary White Goldman says it was an attack on her business. The heated dispute was caught on camera. Daniel Smit says he went to the grand opening for the Local Scoop back in March. He was hoping to get a taste of some of his favorite ice cream flavors.
