No me busquen'.

We are seeing $500,000 houses on the outskirts of town with 2,100 square feet, zero lot lines, very small backyard... And first-time home buyers are gobbling them up instead of existing homes because the builder is buying down the interest rate to 3.99% and giving them golf carts. This won't end well.

🚨WHO Director Tedros Ghebreyesus just said every country in the world is now expected to submit to his International Health Regulations because of hantavirus. He called it a “moral obligation” for nations to obey the WHO’s Global Health Order and “support each other” by giving up more sovereignty. Translation: A few cases of rodent-borne virus on cruise ships = the entire planet must bow to unelected global bureaucrats in Geneva. This is the same Tedros who covered for China during COVID, the same organization that wants to control lockdowns, vaccines, and movement worldwide. They failed with COVID. Now they’re using hantavirus as the next excuse to grab more power. Absolutely TF NOT!!! We do NOT consent. We do NOT comply. And we sure as HELL are not handing over our sovereignty to Tedros and the WHO. This globalist power grab ENDS HERE!!!

The reason millennials move to Dallas, then immediately turn around and move away is demographics. They move there seeking to escape their open border liberal non White Hellscape of Chicago or New York…. They get to Dallas and realize they can buy guns now, but the demographics are even worse. White people are going to have to internally balkanize and create ethnic enclaves of their own in order to survive in the future. Start deciding which states you want to be White hold outs, get with other White people, and move there. Moving 1 at a time without a plan will mean you will just encounter more “diversity” everywhere you go until you are bred out of existence.
Amy Nixon@texasrunnerDFW

I am astounded by the number of millennial families who moved to Dallas, bought a home, then turned around and sold the home to move out of Dallas, in less than a 5 year time span Is Dallas just super transient or is this a post-pandemic phenomenon happening everywhere?

@Cryptoboyy_Aji Usually a rent payment would be more than mortgage payment so either way you’re still shitting away a comparable amount of money. At least in the case of home ownership you slowly build equity so at some point you can cash out.

the average US mortgage is $250,000 at 7% over 30 years. total repayment? $598,000. you borrow $250K and pay back $598K. $348,000 straight to the bank for nothing. then you pay to fix up the house. stuff breaks. you pay insurance monthly. property taxes every year. 3–6% in realtor fees when you sell. and we act like renting is throwing money away. there is a strong argument for renting.

The Director of the World Health Organization, Dr. Tedros, says every country in the world is now expected to fall in line with his International Health Regulations because of hantavirus. He says it is now a moral obligation for nations to submit to and believe in his Global Health Order. "It's only when we support each other that we can respond more effectively to viruses and outbreaks." "Countries are expected to cooperate based on International Health Regulations."

Sometimes I just feel panic when I go into the church. Does anyone else Experience this. I feel like I don’t belong there, that the eyes of people are judging me. It’s a weird anxiety. I don’t connect with others well. I don’t connect with priests well. I keep going because I know it’s the true faith but I don’t know how to connect with others. Does anyone else feel this anxiety? Lord help me.

Meet Natalie. She makes six figures a year working one to two hours a week. She has no experience in hazardous waste disposal. No experience in landscaping. No experience in catering. But she won contracts in all three industries. Her first deal netted her $800 profit per pickup over five years. That's $10,000 net profit every year for making a few phone calls and submitting one proposal. Her second contract paid her $11,000 profit in two weeks. Her largest contract was $962,000 over five years. Her subcontractor charged her $700,000. She pocketed $262,000 for work she doesn't even do. What is it? Government contracting. She bids on jobs on sam . gov, finds subcontractors to do the actual work, and captures the spread between what the government pays her and what she pays her subs. The government is legally required to spend money with small businesses. You don't need experience. You don't even need money. You just need an LLC and an internet connection. In this episode Natalie: - Breaks down how she won her first contract bidding on something she'd never heard of - Shows me the exact AI prompts she uses to analyze 20-page government solicitations - Tells me why contracts under $350K don't require any past performance - Gives me the playbook for finding hungry subcontractors who actually deliver Why aren't more people doing this? I agree @SophieRaiin As Governor, I’ll also impose a 50% sales tax on OnlyFans purchases in addition to my 50% sin tax on OnlyFans creators. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. It is not to be bought or sold online. Our men and women deserve better.

Husband: “He doesn’t look like me… I want a paternity/DNA test.” Wife: “So after 12 years, you think I cheated?” Husband: “If you’ve got nothing to hide, it shouldn’t matter.” DNA test comes back… he’s the father. Husband: “See? Now I have peace of mind.” Wife: “And now I have clarity. I’m leaving.” Middle Son: “Mom… why does Dad hate me?” Husband: “You’re divorcing me… over a test?” Wife: “No. I’m divorcing you because you looked at your own child and saw doubt… and looked at your wife and saw betrayal.” Months later… Husband: “Can we spend Christmas together… as a family?” Son: “No.” Wife: “He deserves to be around people who make him feel loved.” Even later… Husband: “Why is everyone treating me like I’m the bad guy?” Everyone: “Because the DNA test proved he was your son… but your actions proved you weren’t acting like his father.”

If you are debating whether to get your kids the chicken pox vaccine, I would like to tell you a story. When I was 5 I got chicken pox. No big deal. I was sick for a couple of days and then went on with my life. But what I didn’t know as a 5 year old kid was I had been entered into the world’s shittiest lottery. 30 years later, my number came up. If you don’t know about shingles, it is a condition that causes a horrible blistery rash and fiery, stabbing nerve pain. Most people get theirs on their torso. If you are unlucky you might get it on your face. If you are EXTREMELY unlucky like I am, you can get it on your genitals. So there I was (on my goddamn birthday) at the first of two consecutive ER visits, crying in pain when I was diagnosed with shingles. I was given antiviral medication and each day a shot of fentanyl. That’s right, fentanyl. The pain was so egregious they gave me the same pain reliever they gave my stepfather after OPEN HEART Surgery! I CANNOT overstate the excruciating agony I was in. I was given a prescription for Vicodin. I spent the next 7 days curled into a fetal ball on my mother’s couch. I did not eat and I barely drank because otherwise I would have to use the bathroom. Let’s say, that was something I would do anything to avoid. 7 days of absolute, unrelenting misery. I am telling you this story because if you can spare your children from being entered into the shingles lottery, you really should. The chicken pox vaccine prevents more than just chicken pox. Chicken pox is not a problem. Shingles most definitely is.
