Update: @Verizon @VerizonSupport 24 hours of actively working on this on MY END. 4 days without a reliable connection. Giving up, I purchased a new phone... and @Verizon can't even get it working after trying for 24 hours. This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE cutomer service.
