@dontfollow7575 @whoistife_x It doesn't "store fat". It might slow metabolic processes, but thermodynamic law is still undefeated. That's why you kick its ass with consistent activity like walks and workouts so it doesn't have a choice in slowing down 🙂

@whoistife_x If your body thinks you’re starving it will just store fat. I had to up my calorie intake when I started doing more cardio because my norm is about 1,300 calories/day, and burning 400+ at the gym. My body thought I was dying. lol.

avoid extreme calorie deficit, you’ll pick the fat where you left it.

With CA Democrat energy policy forcing the closure of major facilities, this dependency will mean higher prices & tighter supply ahead. Arizona has ZERO refineries of its own. With your military background - you of all people recognize that recent events have shown how unwise it is to allow an economy to be at risk of foreign choke points half way across the world. AZ is no different. We recommend AZ decouple itself from CA energy policy as soon as possible. Thank you for sharing your views. We will certainly keep them in mind.

@sj5nr @Mimiifufu That's exactly it. I was doing multiple workouts a day on a drastic cut trying to drop as fast as possible. I'd end up binging every other day and never made any progress. Now I'm taking it slow and steady and feel like I can actually make it this time

There's no other way to lose weight besides eating less. I know it sounds boring and not as grandiose as some special diet but the pain of eating less will subside over time and you will get used to it.
