Our flights to the Far East were cancelled owing to the Middle East conflict. We informed @MAS of this and asked for a refund or credit for the internal flights we were unable to use. I've had the run around and they avoided helping at every turn. Hopeless! Avoid Malaysia Airline

@MAS Hi, you have cancelled our flight Manchester-KL and despite being obligated to reroute us have just left us high and dry, the only flight we can get is from Schipol and that’s €3000 each, will you reimburse us for that !
