Firstly the west attacked the Bible and claimed evolution was real. Many scientists have debunked this but they started teaching it in schools. Then they took God out of public schools and started proclaiming 'science' doesn't need God. Then they started pushing LGBTQ+ on children, be whatever you want to be. Entire generations have grown up without any real moral standards. No common beliefs, just the idea that you are basically your own God but... The more people started thinking this way the more control the governments took over people's lives. Effectively becoming men ruling like gods over sheeple. As a result the west has lost its way and has decayed into such immorality! Just my opinion.
