Consistency is great. But sometimes you have to surprise your audience. Stay in character, but don’t be afraid to shake it up a bit to keep things fresh.

@brightafia Delusion is the number one trait it requires to be a successful entrepreneur. People will try to create doubt for you, but those people have never built anything. They gave up on themselves, so of course they would give you the same advice.

Entrepreneurship is about self-belief first and business skills second.

Growing up, we weren't given the playbook for making millions. We were given the playbook for mediocrity. Real success comes from visibility and creating assets that you own that can consistently generate money for you.

@Dwriteway People in your real life will start to pressure you about it and give you a clock for how long it should take to work. Don't let anyone else's impatience define your success. If they aren't contributing they don't need to have an opinion on what you do.

Normalise building something online and not telling anyone in your real life until it works.

@alexwtlf I would still rather work the 100 hour weeks then work the 9-5 for someone else. At least then I'm building something for myself and if you build your business the right way it can become an asset that eventually pays you even when you aren't working.

You’re unhappy at your 9-5. Someone controls your time. Someone gives you tasks. You can’t stop working. Freedom doesn’t exist. Being a founder isn’t easy either. Working 70-100 hours a week. Sacrificing social life and relationships. Never sure about tomorrow. At this point I’m just waiting for AI to replace all of us

@Abigail7866 I see this problem with so many accounts. I'll see something interesting they posted and then go to their account and I can't figure out what they actually do so I don't follow.

@iitsBilal Most of your connections will come from replies, especially early on. Replying at least 20 times a day is mandatory to start building your account.

@AlexHormozi This is a great strategy. Double down on pain points until they improve and it will improve the entire operation.

If you have one thing holding the business back - speed up cycles. Go from meeting weekly to daily. Start all meetings with the metric you wanna improve. Go granular on individual accounts. This is the fastest way I've seen big turnarounds happen. Cram a year of work into weeks.

the saddest guys i know aren't broke. they have a job, an apartment, spend their life looking at a screen. they just haven't done anything that scared them in 4 years. comfort is the slowest way to die.

@thejustinwelsh I never focus on what other people are doing because I have so much belief in the things I'm doing that it seems irrelevant.

@Coachbenjamin_ It's fun to go viral but the audience you get through vitality usually won't pay you for anything. It's the ones that you can actually solve a problem for that will.

Stop chasing virality. Start being helpful. When you choose impact, you attrcat the right clients.

Open YouTube. Slop. Open Twitter. Slop. Open Instagram. Slop. Every app on your phone is engineered to keep you watching strangers live the life you keep telling yourself you'll start tomorrow. Rewire your brain so the only thing that sounds fun is the stuff that actually moves you forward: • Building something • Lifting heavy • Time outside • Time with people who love you Get off the screen. That shit is poison. The second you can SEE it as poison, your life changes

@siddharthwv It's crazy how so many people think growing up means sacrificing your happiness and dreams. Especially since the most successful people usually don't do any of that. If that's the price tag of growing up I think I'll just avoid it.

99% of people think growing up means being okay with: A job that drains them, work that means nothing, giving up on their dreams, lowering the bar, becoming realistic, playing it safe. That's not growing up. That's giving up.

@PathOfMen_ Getting outdoors daily is a life hack. I often come up with my best ideas while out on a walk. Great ideas don't usually come from mindlessly staring at your phone for hours on end while sitting under artificial lighting. That's where creativity goes to die.

Stop spending your best years indoors. There's a whole actual world out there with real people, real experiences, real memories waiting to be made. You cannot look back at your 20s and be proud of the hours you wasted on screens in a dark room. Go outside. Talk to people. Feel things. You were not put on this earth to spectate life.
