The lab has landed for our first #BMES2024. Lots of students presenting all their cool work at the poster sessions. The airline staff loved the matching shirts and buttons

Nate, Addie, and Abbey Grace worked in the lab this summer as part of the EUREKA! program. They worked hard and are wrapping up this week. Stay tuned for their poster session in September

Our summer SPRI students Grace, Audrey, and Sydney did an amazing job presenting all their hard work from this summer. They were joined by their proud mentors Braulio, Erica, and Riley. It’s been a great summer!

Super proud to share the Alejandra successfully defended her @LSUEngineering masters thesis in BAE. She’s been able to do such great work on her own during the lab’s transition. I see great things ahead for her!

The group had a great outing at our first @ciclemson FoCI. We had all 18 CI students present 9 posters with the poster presented by Riley and Jim under the guidance of Anna taking first place overall for the printed posters!

I am beyond thrilled to *officially* announce that I will be joining @ClemsonUniv Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering as an Assistant Professor in August! The Majors Lab will focus on the development and characterization of protein signaling networks in vitro.

Kicked off the first official group meeting with all the new Clemson students (and a few remaining LSU folks via zoom). Looking forward to a productive spring semester of research!

I was a true pleasure going back to LSU last week to hood @Ali_Rahnama_ with his PhD. I’m particularly proud of Ali and all he accomplished during Covid and supply chain issues. Plus he’s the one the kept the lights on after I left. He’s going to do great things.

You know it’s a good Halloween when some of the @Clemson_ChBE students dress up as me. They even all included my energy drink of choice!
