@ItUpsrtc @UPSRTCHQ @Upsrtc_Agr Right now, it's not about the refund of the cancelled trip. Why it took @UPSRTCHQ 5 hours to tell about the cancellation of the trip. I spent the whole time on the road waiting for the bus... What UPSRTC is doing that it won't happen in future.

Booked a ticket from Roorkee to Aligarh. Bus was supposed to reach here at 18:16 yet the bus hasn't reached Roorkee, UPSRTC helpline not working, nothing given to track the bus.... Highly frustrated @UPSRTCHQ @UPSRTC_ALI

A bus booked for 18:16 and I got the message about the cancellation of the trip at 23:30. And there is no information shared about the bus in the meanwhile. Very disappointed with UPSRTC services. @UPSRTCHQ @Upsrtc_Agr
