i have successfully only repeated the compulsion more than once a hour a free times at most since i posted this i think next i might try to stop doing the compulsion at noon since i already dont do the compulsion at midnight for some reason so that feels like a good place to start then maybe i can try to get the compulsion down to every other hour like stop doing the compulsions at even numbers which might be a bit more difficult but i need to try or else i will keep living like this forever
