I am grateful to Pope Leo for saying this. While the media narrative constantly gins up conflict–and yes, real disagreements have happened and will happen–the reality is often much more complicated.
Pope Leo preaches the gospel, as he should, and that will inevitably mean he offers his opinions on the moral issues of the day. The President–and the entire administration–work to apply those moral principles in a messy world.
He will be in our prayers, and I hope that we'll be in his.

If you:
1) Consumed enough protein
2) Resistance trained intelligently/consistently
3) Didn’t run an absurdly large deficit (on average)
4) Slept 7+ hours a night
The odds you lost anything more than a negligible amount of muscle are near 0%
Thus, you did not mess your cut up…you just didn’t have NEARLY as much muscle as you thought you did!

You don't necessarily go to an expensive gym for the amenities and equipment. You go because it's expensive enough where it's prohibitive. It's too expensive for most idiots. You get to escape the nightmare world and just be surrounded by mostly normal and civil humans.
If you filled a gym with the best equipment in the world and priced it like Planet Fitness, it would be a nightmare. It would be unusable.
It's part of the reason people shop at Erewhon. Their food isn't AMAZING, definitely not for how it's priced, but you're paying for what you're not getting. You're not getting gigantic women shopping in their pajamas. You're not getting people stealing or fighting with the staff. It's your little vacation from the chaos outside. Your little expensive utopia.
It's awful that society is such a mess that you have to pay more to live in civility, if only for a moment. Your own personal little escape.

When I did my last prep, my coach ramped my food up from 4 meals to 6 meals and a shake
4000 calories to start of clean food
First three days, I thought no fucking way this is gonna happen
I was force feeding like no other to put it all down, spending all day eating, almost throwing up to put it all down, but then…
Day 4 and on the metabolism started to ramp up and it got easier and easier
1.5 weeks in and I was starving about an hour after each meal
I was already leaner, fuller (in terms of muscles being filled with glycogen) and energy was through the fucking roof in the gym

Increasing your food can seem like it’ll make ya gain weight, but more often than not, if your sleep, diet, cardio, training and steps are locked in…
You’re giving the body enough fuel to actually kickstart that fat burning process and you’re gonna look ten times better

Now this won't always work for everyone and it's definitely going to come down to the individual's experience
But if you move the body more and lift heavy...
Your body will typically respond very well to higher amounts of clean food
