今天是本月的第一个工作日，接手了一个内部工具，以前的作者是一些刚毕业一两年的小屁孩，给里面塞了各种和工作无关的功能。比如股票走势、天气预报和朋友圈等功能。指挥 AI 疯狂删除功能，删了4万多行代码，消耗了50刀的 Token。虽然花了不少钱，但神清气爽。顺便把很多不合理的设计重构掉了。

@cholf5 黄总的言下之意是，砍预算是迟早的，趁着还能用的时候，敞开了用，老板们也是正常人，也会有 FOMO 情绪。

虽然公司每个月给配了上千刀的额度，但一直不舍得敞开了用，想给公司省钱。用的也是 GLM 或 DeepSeek 这样的国产模型，一是觉得够用，二是觉得 Claude 实在是太贵了，性价比太低。今天在用 GLM 的情况下，还用了50多刀，一开始还是觉得花太多钱了，但想想 Dash 的这篇贴子，又觉得没问题了。
