If you want to support the Australian nationalists in their struggle against these new “hate speech” laws, they have started a fundraising campaign to take it on in the courts.
The Australian constitution is different from other Anglosphere countries where Parliament stands above everything. From what I understand the courts in Australia have the power to make rulings against the legislature by means of Judicial Review. Similar somewhat to the American Supreme Court. So these legal endeavours are not in vain. But they are costly.
