I’m pissed! Trump gave Iran a pause on strikes against their energy infrastructure until April 6. So what did Israel do?

They bombed all three of Iran’s largest steel plants simultaneously, which are crucial to their economy And if that wasn’t enough, they also struck Iran’s Khondab heavy-water reactor facility as well as uranium production and uranium-conversion sites All on the same day Why did Israel do this? And was it in coordination with the U.S.? If it’s in coordination, it means Trump lied to Iran. If not, than Israel is lying. If you take into account the report today that JD Vance yelled at Netanyahu over the phone this week, upset at being dragged into the war by misleading intelligence, then I think you have your answer Israel seems to be trying to sabotage these negotiations, and it serves their interests to do so.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

UPDATE: I’m really struggling to call what happens next On one hand, Trump needs an off-ramp to limit the global economic damage and growing domestic political pressure Iran would also like this war to end before more cities are leveled and more leaders are killed On the other hand, Iran is doing surprisingly well controlling the Strait, striking the Gulf and Israel, and selling oil for more than twice the price than before the war, making a killing And on the American side, troops are heading to the region for what increasingly looks like a ground operation to control Hormuz Negotiations are the most promising development since February 28th. But Iran's warnings to Gulf nations against supporting any ground operation, combined with maximalist demands from both sides, make a deal unlikely in the short term

Pakistan's latest attempt to prop up proxy terror groups isn't going well
Ali Ghorzang@Ali_Ghorzang

Reports that Pakistani forces have vacated certain areas in Khyber and Tirah to establish bases for ISIS have triggered alarm within Pakistan. In response, authorities have launched a crude and desperate propaganda campaign against Afghanistan. Those behind it appear so uninformed and incompetent that they are attempting, unsuccessfully, to divert global attention from ISIS facilitation inside Pakistan by falsely claiming the presence of ISIS members in Afghanistan who were killed years ago. The relationship between Pakistan’s intelligence agencies and ISIS has effectively become an open secret, with mounting evidence steadily exposing these covert ties. In recent years, the dramatic events related to ISIS in Pakistan have further revealed the nature of these relationships. At times, senior ISIS commanders are arrested and handed over to major powers, while at other times, their spokespersons are covertly given shelters and then dramatically announced arrest to serve political needs. All of this appears to be part of a staged performance, seemingly aimed at portraying contributions to counter terrorism, but in reality it reflects Pakistan’s deliberate nurturing of proxy networks and its calculated use of them for its own interests. Attacks on ISIS camps in Balochistan, and ISIS’s open threats in response, further reinforce the fact that this group has become highly important to Pakistani agencies and is clearly operating under their patronage. The presence of ISIS in the regions of Khyber, Tirah, and Orakzai, along with unclaimed drone strikes and attacks by unidentified armed men, suggests that the group has been provided not only resources but also space to operate freely under protection. According to recent reports, the Pakistani military has vacated some areas in Khyber and Tirah to establish new ISIS bases, which is considered the most dangerous aspect of the situation. Immediately after these reports surfaced, social media accounts linked to Pakistan security agencies launched a false and misleading propaganda campaign about ISIS in Afghanistan, indicating a coordinated attempt to conceal the truth. Most strikingly, this propaganda campaign has used names and images of individuals who were killed years ago. For example, Sheikh Maqbool, who was killed in a drone strike in July 2015, has been falsely portrayed as alive and shown in Faryab, Afghanistan. This reflects blatant deception and lays bare the fundamentally dishonest and fragile nature of the entire narrative. (Stay tuned for Al-Mirsaad's investigative and research report on this matter.) The reality is that Pakistani secret agencies are using ISIS as a proxy, a tool through which they pursue their strategic objectives in the region. However, this situation can no longer remain hidden. Changing circumstances and emerging evidence are steadily exposing this covert relationship. It is time to move beyond empty diplomatic statements and pursue transparent, impartial investigations, as this is not confined to a single country but poses a serious threat to regional and global peace and stability.

💢 BREAKING: Coordinated strikes have hit all three of Iran’s largest steel plants simultaneously – Mobarakeh, Esfahan, and Khuzestan – the backbone of the country’s non-oil economy. Together they produce roughly 70% of Iran’s steel output. Iron and steel is Iran’s second-largest export category at $6.48 billion, its primary hard-currency lifeline outside of oil. Mobarakeh makes the flat steel used in cars and pipelines. Esfahan produces structural beams and railway rails. Khuzestan supplies the raw slabs that feed factories nationwide. Steel became Iran’s top non-oil export precisely as a sanction hedge as it is cheap to produce using local ore and natural gas, and a critical source of foreign currency when oil revenues were blocked. Hitting all three at once targets critical industrial capacity and the economic architecture Iran spent decades building to survive Western pressure.

🚨U.S. attacked two of Iran’s main steel production plants in Isfahan (Mobarekeh Steel) and Khuzestan Steel. Iran is the tenth-largest steel producer in the world. Iranians knew from the very first day that the nuclear issue was merely a pretext for the destruction of Iran.

🚨🇮🇷 BREAKING: Iran Diplomat claps back at India Jaishankar over his inappropriate remarks. Iranian official says: “Pakistan is performing a unique role at this very, very dangerous moment… I think the world appreciates it.” India is clearly jealous over Pakistan’s successful mediation in the Iran–US war. Pakistan and Iran are trying to avoid nuclear war.

Days ago, I said the current Pakistani government is truly terrible, and this is just more proof. They lied to Iran, claiming ten ships were Pakistani — flew Pakistani flags on them and everything. Iran gave them a free pass, but those ships were American. Once they cleared the strait, the Pakistanis just handed them over to the U.S. When I see stuff like that, I can't help but wonder how much the current Pakistani government has pulled the same shady shit when dealing with the Taliban or the BLA. I'm not saying the Taliban or the BLA are nice guys, but when the Pakistan government they're dealing with has such a low credibility, you can hardly blame them only when things finally blow up.

21-month-old Jawad Abu Nassar was detained alongside his father by Israeli forces in central Gaza — and returned to his family ten hours later, alone. Doctors found wounds on his legs consistent with cigarette burns and signs of torture. The Israeli military denies abusing the child, and says his father — who remains missing — was a Hamas member who used him as a human shield. It has not publicly provided evidence to support that claim. Watch the full report from @sparkomat ⬇️. Warning: contains some distressing images. youtube.com/watch?v=kbc7RI…

Dear Mr Trump, These are mountains you will face in Iran. No army with 20kg equipments, convoys of humvee and abrams could march through this. No Tomahawk missiles and munitions could punch a hole in this mountains. This is not a country built with fortress, this is a fortress built as a country. With all due respect, you will not win.
