Not true. DNI Tulsi Gabbard says so. In sworn testimony from March about the threat from Iran: "Iran's nuclear enrichment program was obliterated" last year and Iran has made "no efforts since then to try and rebuild their enrichment capability." There was no nuclear threat from Iran when Trump attacked.
