If you’re one of those people, I’m sorry, but Pull/Oppo doesn’t matter - it’s the mlb. If you’re a power hitter, you have power to all parts of the field.

If a team *should* be priced at -300 (e.g. fair odds), then -225 is a good bet…
It’s literally that simple.
Saying you can’t make money betting favorites makes 0 logical sense. Literally zero.

I see people are surprised by #Reds officially stating that Matt McLain will be batting 2nd.
- He has hit exclusively there all spring
- Has been having a fantastic spring at that
- Batted 2nd for 66 of his starts (and led off 5 times) and it took him being awful for half a season to move off of batting 2nd
As long as he performed well in spring it seemed like it was his spot to lose
