@ajeetunc They don't want to lose out on training data for their heavily subsidized plans. It's reasonable to disagree with that but it's also reasonable to set the terms for a subsidized plan.
Folks are allowed to use OpenCode with Anthropic at API prices.

@gaughen It's pretty awful working from memory, especially if you are using ChatGPT Instant mode. I find it does much better in my area of expertise (IT) with web search and extended thinking turned on

I didn't realize how hilariously bad artificial intelligence was until tonight, when I asked it about something I'm an expert on. I asked it about zoning laws in Pennsylvania and the AI hallucinated case law that doesn't exist.
Silicon Valley wants us to rely on this slop? 😬

@arvidkahl I don't think no-warning, no-notice bans are appropriate.
I do think people should read the terms of service and I think it's reasonable for companies to limit usage of heavily subsidized subscriptions.

This kind of ban (on Claude, your Google account, or similar) is becoming the digital equivalent of losing your drivers license.

Not sure how I feel about people throwing around the term “larpers” like this. The humble LARPer just wants to go to the parking lot of a shut-down Kmart to put on robe and wizard hat and cast LIGHTNING BOLT, not this. The term “poser” already exists and is more fitting.

T3 Code now supports Claude. If you have the Claude Code CLI installed and signed in, you can use it with T3 Code. Hopefully the lawyers won't make us remove this 🙃
