@helen_hawes @monicabeharding Hello, thank you for informing us about this, I will report this to the relevant team. ^GG
English

@SW_Help PLEASE could you put a notice at the ramp entrance to platform 1 to say it is not in use at Thames Ditton Station. You are running 1 service an hour & I have just seen a lady with disabilities stranded on platform 1 not realising no trains leaving
@monicabeharding

@anonymouse_589 Hello, it is currently running an hourly service due to the engineering works, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. ^GG

@SW_Help What's the deal with Sundays on the Alton line? In Winter we get 2 4 coach trains an hour but in Summer it's a single 8 coach train an hour. Yeah, it's the same hourly capacity but seems strange. Is it that you have more services elsewhere needing the drivers?

@anonymouse_589 Thank you for reporting this, I will report this to the relevant team. ^GG

@SW_Help I think you must have a duff bath of bin bags at Ash Vale. Both bags on platform 2 have burst at the base and dropped their content on the platform.

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch Yet another train with no working toilets on 2C73 Waterloo to Reading. We weren’t told until 2 minutes after departure. Had I known beforehand, I could have taken an alternative service. Poor communication from the operator. #railtravel #accessible
