There’s no cheat code to this but talking to the people you’re building for. It’s exhausting, sure, but it will either build your conviction and have you double down on what you’re doing or you pivot till you the solution you’re building clicks into place.
I spoke to over 2000 people and counting and I couldn’t be more certain in what we’re building.

Distribution is important no doubt, but what if the product sucks? You bring the users and then they leave cause of a bad product?
