I think it’s extreme to call Trent the biggest loser here, but it can end up that way.
Everyday just shows that was a wrong move, he’s barely played at Madrid, he’s struggled with injuries, the club did not win anything, neither did they perform well. To crown it all, no World Cup.
Real Madrid then goes on to sign Dumfries who is more of a “complete” player than Trent.
