I just got an email about a 367 sq.ft. pre-con condo in Niagara for $299k targeting investors.
There’s still a lot of shit in the pipes. Don’t get fooled.

There will be a time for a string of the screenshots I took today, calling me a fuckface or dickhead or an idiot. (There is A LOT) But that day is not today.
But i will say this. I wouldn’t put out something this serious without being 99.99% sure I was right.
I spoke with numerous people last night about what I had and if it was enough. These are people I trust and would shoot me straight. They all said I was good. And I trusted my sources 1000%.
I know the responsibility of what that tweet would mean. And I made sure I was as close to certain as i could be. I wouldn’t have put it out without knowing I had the goods.
So for the people who said I was an asshole, or dipshit. It’s too late to delete them, look forward to posting the string.

Now appears that Ryan French's story on LIV going out of business is 100% 🎯.
Happy to be contradicted, but I think this is the biggest single "scoop" in the last 20 years of golf journalism.

If the rumors about LIV shutting down are true it’s hard to imagine how Phil could have been proven more wrong about everything in a more spectacular fashion. It’s been a disaster from the start and I don’t think even LIV’s biggest detractors could’ve predicted they would quit this quickly. But if the only thing that it did was prove that Phil was wrong about everything maybe it was worth it?

The Liberal party has Patrick Pichette a former Senior VP of Google on stage who lives in Europe by the way, say that if Canadians want to leave Canada to work in the US they need to pay an exit tax of half a million dollars. The guy did the very thing to get a Microsoft job decades ago and paid 30 bucks. Now he wants young Canadians to be trapped here. The Liberals are nuts.
