Palihapitiya: “If you tell an agent, find me the cheapest way to execute this thing, and if it ever gets cheaper to go someplace else, do that for me as well… and I don’t really care.” Read that last line again. “I don’t really care.” Four words that should keep every enterprise sales team awake tonight.
