No one is stopping you from making your art, whether or not you have an audience for your art is another matter. Keep making your art in silence.

One of the reasons very immature men react this way to older women is because they’re terrified of their own mortality. They cannot face it, so any sign of the passage of time in women ignites a kind of existential panic. This is one of a handful of reasons why men have evolved as pedophiles and tend to prey on the young (and also often sabotage young men they view as competitors) — they’re energy vampires, and subconsciously figure that through proximity / sex with youthful bodies, they can refuel their virility and ward off their own inexorable doom. Tale as old as time really. Nothing motivates decrepit old perverts like those dark moments alone, sensing their own bodies deteriorating. Primal terror from the earliest dawn of man, as the void yawns and each creak and crack signals vulnerability to younger and stronger rivals in the hierarchy of ass we call human society

People don't realize this photo is a time machine. The Pillars of Creation are 6,500 light-years away. The light in this image left them when humans were still building the first cities, before writing, before the pyramids, before recorded history. By the time it reached our telescope, civilizations had risen and fallen. You are not seeing the universe. You are seeing the past.
