@CertifiedFool_ This entire thing is just fans being PR firms for their favorite characters. The Avengers aren't being mischaracterized in X-Men comics, they're just not the center of the story in them. We've lost the ability to look at characters from different vantage points.

The Avengers’ absence during Genosha needs to be more of a permanent mark on their relationship with the X-men. Emma has EVERY right to tell Carol to F off.

Damn, taking the classic "where were the other heroes?" Question and making it a source of actual conflict is dope as fuck! Now as for if Carol deserved all that... Honestly it was a case of, wrong place at the wrong time, I think any Avenger would've got this not just her

Doubly funny when you consider they were trying to push Carol hard during this period.

Except Carol was written like fasc in the pages of avengers comics for like twenty years. She was written poorly the entirety of BOTH civil wars While we’re at it, Carol was rehabilitated after the Rape of Ms Marvel in the pages of X-men comics. She went cosmic under Claremont.
