@madcap_cap They mentioned buyback last year and exact same price action happened. Their price popped right after last earnings, hit 175, insider sells, price drops ever since. Price manipulation seesaw.

@madcap_cap None of the listed reason make sense. $TVK.TO was dropping while oil prices hit ATH. Simply price manipulation by insiders just to buy back cheaper. Check insider transactions, prior to every susbtantial price drop, insiders sold big chunk of stock.

There is increased spend for AI related HVAC equipment, $TVK.TO can benefit from these tailwinds 🌡️Cooling - This is the strongest trend within spending, TerraVest is a niche beneficiary via TES (thermal energy storage) and buffer tanks (or volume tanks) that Highland produces. But also through large tanks/vessels/water systems that will be needed to cool off towers. I would need a few pages to go in-depth on how important these are for the cooling of DC. ⚡️Electrical Systems - Through their acq of Simplex they have gained access to electrical test systems (load banks) and fuel supply systems for the standby power generation. Which play perfectly for emergency back up generators for data centers as the energy requirements are massive and the grid is not yet able to support those high demands. 💧Filters - The OWS tank line (highland again) is designed to remove oil and light petrol from wastewater. Data center are required to develop and maintain a spill Prevention, control as well as cleanup procedures. TVK specific product for that are 1-HTC-25,000 gallon and 2-HTC-40,000-gallon underground UL 2215 approved and labeled oil water separators. & more Very eager for the next Q’s
