What a sad turn of affairs, that barristers in the UK are having to give decent, law abiding Brits legal guidance on how to deal with the weaponising of the Police by radical activists 😔 youtu.be/vlT-O1q2UmU?si…

Henry Nowak — a student on a night out in Southampton — was stabbed multiple times with a 21cm knife. As he lay in a pool of his own blood, police arrested him following an accusation of “racial abuse”. He told officers that he had been stabbed and could not breathe. When Nowak repeated that he had been stabbed, it is reported that a male voice replied: “I don’t think you have, mate”. Let that sink in. A man is arrested while bleeding out because of an allegation that he may have said something racist. This is a harrowing example of the mess the police are in. They seem more concerned about the words people say than the fact that a man had just been brutally stabbed. Reform MP @RobertJenrick has called for a debate on two-tier policing, warning that it is undermining respect for the police and the rule of law in this country.

Rest in peace, Henry Nowak. His death must be a turning point for Britain.

One of the saddest emailed I’ve received (& I’ve true horror stories too) was from a mum of a sporty 11yr old girl. A weak headmaster decided to run an ‘inclusive’ school sports day. Because one 9yr old boy thought he was a girl. So No categories. Just age races. Not one little girl won a race. The little girl said to her mum .. ‘why should I bother mum?’ This is what we’re telling our girls..

Court footage reportedly captured Henry Nowak’s final moments after he was stabbed. Lying on the pavement struggling for breath, Mr Nowak could be heard saying: “I can’t breathe.” He repeatedly told police he had been stabbed and was desperately trying to explain that something was seriously wrong. But instead of immediately treating him as a victim in critical condition, an officer told him he was under arrest on suspicion of assault. “I’ve been stabbed,” he said again. A male voice then allegedly replied: “I don’t think you have, mate.” Henry Nowak later died after his lungs filled with blood and he effectively drowned in his own blood while handcuffed on the ground. The footage is genuinely disturbing. Yet our Government and Keir Starmer refuse to even recognise this awful murder or mention Henry Nowak’s name. SHAMEFUL!

x.com/JimFergusonUK/… 🚨 WHAT STARTED AS AN INVESTIGATION INTO ROMANIA MAY HAVE EXPOSED SOMETHING FAR BIGGER INSIDE EUROPE I travelled to Bucharest. Then Brussels. Then Germany. I spoke with senators, MPs, MEPs, journalists, political figures and analysts. Again and again the same allegations surfaced: Censorship. Election interference. Political pressure. Media manipulation. Unelected institutions. And growing claims that democratic systems across parts of Europe are no longer functioning as many citizens believe. Romania was only the beginning. Questions are now being raised in relation to Slovakia, France, the Netherlands and Germany. This upcoming documentary contains testimony, warnings and allegations from those inside European politics itself. The question: Are these isolated accusations… Or are we witnessing something much larger unfolding across Europe? Stay tuned. @PetrBystronAfD @KrahMax @Rene_Aust @Vincentz_AfD

🚨 RELEASED: ELECTION INTERFERENCE IN EUROPE — A GERMANY INVESTIGATION Following my previous investigation in Romania, this documentary takes the investigation further — speaking with German politicians, MEPs and other voices regarding allegations of political pressure, censorship and interference affecting democratic processes in Europe. This report includes multiple interviews, perspectives and on-the-ground reporting. Watch. Assess the information. Decide for yourself.

Keir Starmer has a new "Adviser on Women and Girls". She's already offered a seat in the House of Lords to a Labour councillor who tried to block a grooming gang inquiry in Oldham. How can victims, and the public, have any confidence in a government that behaves like this?

The Online Safety Act contains important free speech safeguards stopping social media platforms removing ‘journalistic content’ and ‘content of democratic importance’. But three years after the Online Safety Act received Royal Assent, Ofcom still hasn’t brought in those safeguards. It has imposed the ‘take down’ duties, but not all the ‘keep up’ duties. More than 50 members of the House of Lords, including me, wrote to Liz Kendal about this in January, asking when those free speech duties would be brought in. We got a reply more than two months later blaming Ofcom for the delay.

🚨 Labour is using the “Online Safety Act” to silence political opponents, and TikTok is doing their dirty work. First, TikTok removed my video announcing Reform UK’s new policy to place secure illegal migrant detention centres in non-Reform constituencies, prioritising Green ones.  TikTok explicitly cited the Online Safety Act as the reason for its removal. This is hard evidence of this draconian legislation being weaponised to silence political opponents.  That same video has 6.2 million views on other platforms. Today, the censorship escalated.  TikTok has now removed my video outlining the key policies I would implement as Home Secretary, claiming it is “Hate Speech and Hateful Behaviour.”  They warned me that any further "violations" will result in a strike, potentially leading to being de-platformed altogether. This is all the more staggering given TikTok happily hosts hundreds of videos of people calling for the assassination of Nigel Farage. My TikTok videos had received 18 million views over the previous 28 days. This is a chilling attempt to silence one of the biggest and fastest-growing UK political accounts on the platform. TikTok is engaging in direct political interference in the midst of the most pivotal elections in our country’s history. All under the auspice of the “Online Safety Act” that the Tories and Labour claimed to be about protecting children. It is, and always will be about silencing voices the open-borders political establishment don’t like. @TikTokComms have decided to try and suppress Reform. Sow the wind, reap the whirlwind.

BREAKING: Poland just told the EU to go to hell. President Nawrocki vetoed the Digital Services Act. "The state is supposed to guarantee freedom. Not restrict it." The EU spent years building the most sophisticated censorship machine in the Western world. One man. One veto. Destroyed. Think about what this law actually was. > Governments deciding what you can post. > Governments deciding what you can share. > Governments deciding what is true. > Governments deciding what you are allowed to think. Poland said no. While Germany complied. While France complied. While the entire EU rolled over. Poland vetoed it. - The same Poland that buys more gold than the ECB. - The same Poland that surpassed the European Central Bank in reserves. - The same Poland that has been right about everything. Is now the last wall standing between European citizens and state-controlled speech. The EU doesn't want free citizens. It wants manageable ones. Poland just reminded them what freedom actually looks like. Every European should be paying attention.

Ofcom is set to investigate GB News over its interview with President Donald Trump. The ever muscle-flexing regulator is reviewing an interview with President Trump after GB News allegedly failed to challenge the President’s “astonishingly false claims” when he described climate change as a “hoax”. Ofcom had previously declined to investigate the original broadcast of the interview 12 hours earlier, but has now U-turned, deciding that the second screening contained different content and therefore counts as “a different programme”. The regulator went on to say: “Each case is considered on its own merits,” a spokesman said, “taking into account the particular content and contextual factors.” For this reason, “we are investigating whether [the rerun] breached our rules on due impartiality and material misleadingness”. Earlier this year, Ofcom launched an investigation into TalkTV — its first over climate-sceptic comments in a decade. GB News said: “The sequence of events inevitably raises questions around the rationale for reopening the matter at this stage. It also raises serious concerns around regulatory certainty, procedural fairness and the consistency of Ofcom’s processes.” Read more below 👇

I spent hours at the Unite the Kingdom March. Everything I saw was peaceful and joyful. Many many thousands of good people who deserve to have their voices heard, but who are being demonised by our Prime Minister. In the hours I was there I saw nothing aggressive or confrontational. The police were, in my experience, helpful and polite. There were families, children, dogs, the elderly, people picnicking, dancing, singing. There were people of all backgrounds, races and ages, united in their love of our country and the desire to preserve its culture for future generations. The message blaring from the speakers down Whitehall was one of unity and peaceful protest. If there were any wronguns in the crowd, they were far outnumbered by many thousands of good decent British people. The salt of the earth.
