The E. Jean Carroll case against President Trump is one of the strangest civil cases in American history. The foundational problem is this: Carroll could not identify when the alleged incident occurred — not even the year with any precision. That should have killed the case as dead as a skunk on the road right there. Without a temporal anchor, no defendant — regardless of guilt or innocence — can mount an alibi defense. Trump, who has maintained detailed calendars and staff records for decades, was denied the most basic tool of self-defense: the ability to establish where he was. That is not a technicality. It is a due process violation at the constitutional level. Then Carroll produced the one piece of physical evidence she claimed corroborated her account — the dress she wore during the alleged incident. It was subsequently established that the dress was designed after the incident could have occurred. The sole corroborating evidence falsified her timeline. The case proceeded anyway. The resulting verdict was then weaponized in a defamation suit — where Trump was held liable for denying the allegation, while being procedurally barred from defending against it, because it was already "proven" in another court, regardless how flawed the procedure was. He was punished, in effect, for asserting his own innocence. Compounding everything: coordinated professional and physical threats so thoroughly intimidated the legal community that attorneys refused these cases regardless of available fees. When you systematically destroy a defendant's ability to retain counsel of choice, you forfeit the right to a legitimate verdict. An allegation is not evidence. Process without substance is not law. And a verdict produced under these conditions carries no legitimate authority — whatever its formal status. Not only is it the right move to investigate Carroll, but every other person involved as well. Trump is owed serious damages here, and there may be a few people who belong in prison for their roles in the case.

@Hyundai Don't buy cars from these ppl. The cars are junk. I bought my wife a used Sante fe back in '24 and the engine died already at 135,000 miles. Hyundai had a recall on the engine but didn't honor it and now I'm stuck with a 10,000 dollar weight.

UPDATE FROM JAKE- I went to show support at Chud the Builder's $1. 25 million bond hearing and was arrested and thrown (in the maximum he could sentence me to) of 10 days of solitary confinement by the judge!!!! Here's how it happened. I was sitting next to Chud's wonderful and soft-spoken fiancee when she whispered, “I love you” to Chud, and was kicked out of the courtroom!!! Moments later, I was nodding my head in agreement to a video of Chud during an interview when the bailiff demanded that I leave the courtroom as well! I stood up and calmly exited and said in a normal speaking tone “This is two-tiered justice!” I am now inside of Montgomery County Jail STARVING for two days because they are refusing to give me a Kosher Diet!! I was also told by Sergeant Hawley today that my request for Kosher Diet was denied and that he would be put on suicide watch if I refuse to eat, which is basically naked torture in a cell alone for 10 days. They also are saying they're going to move me in with a roommate in solitary tonight, but would not give me any other details on who they would be putting me with!!! I showed up to Chud's hearing because I know what it's like to turn around in a courtroom where your life is on the line and see nobody but your mother and father. I wanted to make sure Chud did not go through the same pain I had to for four years and six days as a January sixth political prisoner. I stood up and said something because that's what righteous men do. All it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing. Not me. As for me in my house, we shall serve the LORD. Free chud. SECOND UPDATE- As I was on the phone with Jake yesterday getting this message from him, he was yelling in his cell begging to be fed and saying how hungry he was. Seconds later Supervisor Black and another man went in his cell, said he’s coming with them, put him in handcuffs and took him away. I have now not heard from Jake for over 24 hours because they have taken away his phone privileges simply for begging for FOOD!!!!! I have the entire thing on recording. It is disturbing and sickening. I have called the jail dozens of times yesterday and today and they refuse to tell me where he was taken and will not let him speak to me. Every single lieutenant, supervisor, etc I have spoken to yesterday and today have all given me different stories than the other and continuously lie to cover up what they are doing. These people are EVIL AND SICK!!!! I have all of those calls recorded and documented also. I have spent three days calling every lawyer and law firm in Clarksville Tennessee and NOT ONE lawyer is willing to help Jake because Jake was arrested at Chuds court hearing and these SPINELESS COWARDS are all to scared to put their name anywhere associated with Chud. Between the INSANE POWER HUNGRY LUNATIC JUDGE, the WEAK PATHETIC lawyers and the EVIL SCUM at the Montgomery county jail, it has been an absolute nightmare. Lord, save us.

We had our three children with us, eleven, seven, and our one-year-old, along with Daisy, his service dog. Daisy is not there for comfort alone. We had booked a room in advance at a chain motel off the highway. I will not name it. This is not about blame. The moment we stepped into the lobby, the clerk’s eyes went straight to Daisy’s vest. “We don’t allow dogs,” she said. “She’s a service animal,” I replied. “We noted it in the reservation. My husband is a veteran. We have the documents.” I handed everything over. She barely looked before sliding it back. “Our policy is no animals. I’m sorry.” Beside me, I felt Tom begin to slip. His jaw tightened. His breathing sped up. Daisy pressed against his leg before I could even react. “We can’t leave,” I said. “It’s late. He can’t drive anymore. Slowly at first, then with more strength. He talked about the nightmares, the weight of them, and how Daisy keeps him from getting lost in them. The officer listened without interrupting, as if nothing else in the room mattered. Only after that did he stand and walk to the desk. “Federal law allows trained service animals in places like this,” he said calmly. “Turning them away is not just unfair. It is not allowed.” He did not shame her. He simply explained. She called her manager. There were quiet apologies, confusion, and then, after a few minutes, a room suddenly became available. We were handed a key. But what stays with me is what happened next. He did not leave. He stayed while we gathered our things, speaking to Tom until his breathing slowed and his hands steadied.
