Seriously @metlinkwgtn, @TeamSnapper, I'm sick of getting this runaround. I paid $235 for a monthly pass. Last Friday you stranded me in Tawa. I am asking for a refund of the $5.23 it cost me to get to town for that 2 hours. That's it. It's literally the absolute least you can do

@TeamSnapper Based on historical delays posting sites/kiosks that are broken, a bit more attention pls to updating as they become unavailable. Nobody wants to walk 500m to a diary with a ‘broken’ terminal
