@BladeoftheS This is parody, right? A Rent cap won’t deliver anything back to renters, at the most it will for a short time keep their rents down, in the medium or longer term it will prejudice their ability to rent anything as fed-up landlords sell up and get out of the rental business.

The Green Party plans to put a Rent cap that will deliver £18bn back to the 4m renters every year. What a great policy.
