@CarlHigbie ...what...
The agent violated CPB Use of Force policy by placing themselves in front of the vehicle, staying there, and not moving.
The driver can see trying to "flee" by turning the vehicle wheels and use of deadly force occurs. Which CPB policy states, again, is a violation.

THE BLOOD IS ON YOUR HANDS
... and she was NOT murdered ...
... she was NOT a peaceful protester ...
... she was already breaking the law by intentionally interfering with federal officers using her car ...
... she refused to exit the vehicle when lawfully ordered to exit ... breaking another law ...
... she put the vehicle in gear and stepped on the gas ...
... she then attacked with a vehicle a Officer standing in front of her ...
... she struck him before a weapon was even pulled ...
... she fought the law ...
... and the law won ...
... yes it is sad that she did all that and lost her life and yes she does have 3 kids by a couple of other spouses ..
... all the while her current lesbian lover was right there outside the car filming the intentional law breaking so they could document their exploits and continue to urge others to do it ...

In 2022, we (DOJ) updated the federal use of force policy for the 1st time in 20 years. It included a duty to render medical aid and specifics on how firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle in most circumstances. Every law enforcement agency, including ICE, adopted it. This effort was led by former Associate AG @vanitaguptaCR and the memo has not been rescinded.
This is critical in the wake of the Minneapolis ICE shooting. Full memo here:

@JeffreyVButler @XochitlHinojosa A vehicle going no faster than the posted speed limit in a school zone is a deadly weapon.
Ok.
English

@ThePyro_TV @XochitlHinojosa It was not a fleeing vehicle, it was a deadly weapon.

@kick @Asmongold Holy shit that bar is so low i almost tripped over it
English

@nobleheartopenI @XochitlHinojosa I've tried to make sense of this logic but I can't. The officer came from the right of the vehicle ending up at the front left of it.
Meaning he had to cross it before she even reverses. He was negligent in his actions making use of deadly force not justified
English

@ThePyro_TV @XochitlHinojosa He wasn’t in front of of her car until SHE BACKED UP AND TURNED HER WHEEL. Watch the video. She moved the car- he didn’t place himself in front of her.

@TheTorontoSun @joe_warmington Hey @joe_warmington if you even did an ounce of research you'd know the DHS/CPB policy states officers shouldn't PLACE THEMSELVES in front of a vehicle OR use deadly force for fleeing vehicles.
But ya you do you bud

I worked with the Biden White House and DOJ to develop a policy on when can federal police shoot at a moving vehicle. DOJ adopted it in 2022, and as far as I know, it hasn't been repealed. Here's what it says:
"Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, an officer must have an articulable reason for this use of deadly force."
You can find the policy here: justice.gov/archives/ag/fi…

@SohrabAhmari This angle only further solidifies that the officer was not in front of the car as they had to LEAN to make contact with it as it was turning.
If you're in front of something you don't need to make up distance to get to it.
This shows your level of reasoning capabilities.
English

OK, and this angle settles it. She actually makes contact with the officer in front of the vehicle.
You can hate ICE, but this angle is definitive. He fired in self-defense after she made frontal contact.
