fwiw, as a Not-Lawyer, I find it interesting Hogan repeatedly mentioned charter rights when he discussed trans students and bathrooms. Would not be surprised if GNB lawyers realized they couldn't do that because of C-16

Higgs and Hogan have managed to satisfy no one with this. It doesn't change enough for bloodthirsty bigots while still trying to out trans kids if they want to have their identity respected in school. Lmao
