@Dorchester I attend a Winter Ball every year @TheDorchester. Always outstanding food and great service. This time I was hugely disappointed when I purchased a bottle of Rose wine for my wife @WhisperingAngel. I was charged £120 but they didn’t even remove the cork and serve.

@easyJet EasyJet just fobbed us all off saying hotel was complimentary and to get a taxi but when we arrived after queuing for 45 minutes I, along with others were told we had to pay for hotel as easyJet had only booked 30 rooms.

@easyJet How a lady got onto the aircraft last night without a ticket is beyond me. She walked up and down the aisle a number of times before staff asked to see her ticket. The security breach was the reason for the cancellation not the weather.

@easyJet an absolute waste of money being a plus card holder. Easyjet cancel our flight due to them letting on a passenger who shouldn’t be on the aircraft. Offered hotel room but when I arrived at hotel no rooms left on easyJet tab as they only authorised 30 rooms. I had to pay.

@easyJet Fobbed off by @easyJet staff saying a complimentary hotel was organised and to get a taxi which will be reimbursed was another lie. As @easyJet had only booked 30 hotel rooms so I along with others had to either pay or find another hotel.

@TicketmasterUK @oasis well that’s a day of my life I will Never get back! Logged on at 08:30, was 290,000 in the queue at one point, then finally at 15:40 I get in and find four tickets at £500+, put them in and then an error message comes up and kicks me out.
