@cineworld Please confirm why I wasn't allowed a refund on an unused ticket? This was before the film was due to start also

@cineworld Hi, Just been in and had to cancel a ticket due to a friend being ill but was told I couldn't get a refund in store as I bought the ticket yesterday? They said to contact here. I still went using my unlimited card but have the unused ticket and receipt

@TLRailUK There's still trains going through there then? Nationalrail is showing mostly cancellations but thats easier for me tube wise from the o2 so I'll head there and hope for the best!
