@UncleRonSr Look very few of us think Bachmann is the answer as our first choice keeper. But this endless banging on about him is irritating. We aren't going to march on Vicarage Road demanding he is dropped. Get yourself a hobby and stop being so angry all the time.

@WatfordFC Shocking miss. If the Hertfordshire Harland had missed that he would have got slated

Chakvetadze hits the post directly from a corner, the ball comes back out to Jebbison who can't direct it goalwards. [30']

@biiilyedwards Love the Pogues and can see that the Wallopers can be seen as imitators. But there is more depth there than a tribute act. I think the audiences reaction is similar however. This colours the view on the Mary Wallopers.

@kieren_rees @UncleRonSr You mean to tell me it’s all performative anger about non-issues to keep up appearances? Surely not.

@LukeCarey1881 Would argue that the whistle at the end of the semi final was where it turned. Lost all form and entered a downward spiral.

5 years ago since the FA cup final, as soon as the whistle blew for kick off was the start of the downfall of my football club.

. I still don’t understand train pricing…I still don’t understand why rail services cost an absolute fortune in the UK…but irrespective of my insanely expensive train ticket, credit where credit is due, @GWRHelp were fantastic today. A great service and great staff…if only it was the same yesterday on a bank holiday when so many couldn’t get a seat in any part of the train

@louorns Easily the best player. Will be playing at a much higher level next season with or without Leeds.

Can’t believe there was any debate around Summerville being the best player in the league

🚨🔴 17 year old left back Harry Amass will be included in Manchester United squad today. Amass will be on the bench vs Liverpool, as called by @AcademyScoop. #MUFC staff impressed with his skills, he’s with the squad after signing pro deal just thre weeks ago.

@androofrench He gets a lot of stick from Watford fans. But we were always crying out for a poacher and he has scored lots of goals with few minutes played. It's more the recruitment teams fault than his that he isn't an all round mobile centre forward. Will score goals if fed.

Mileta Rajovic said, when he joined #watfordfc, that the 18-yard box is his office. That being the case, then the six-yard box is where his desk is! Look at the map of his goals…

@guardianmusic I don't expect The Guardian to stoop to the level of gutter press with sensational headlines. Not a good look.

@billybragg Saw you playing at the Fiddler promoting 'Workers Playtime'. First time I had seen you live. I was a regular attendee often going a couple of times a week. He knew his stuff. Best venue going with top artists.

Vince Power turned the Mean Fiddler into the best place for live music in mid-80s London. The Saturday bill of his 1989 Reading Festival consisted of bands you might see any night of the week at the Fiddler, bands he had actively nurtured. He loved music. RIP
