BREAKING: NHN KCP, South Korea’s leading payment processor, is launching a dedicated Avalanche L1 via AvaCloud to modernize the nation’s payment infrastructure.

A question every protocol foundation should be able to answer: how do you fund operations sustainably? The Foundation has real operating costs: grants, infrastructure, ecosystem investments, team. We address this with a dedicated asset management function designed to generate durable revenue streams, so the ecosystem is supported long term, not just through the next cycle. Revenue share arrangements with ecosystem partners reinforce this further. On the onchain analysis that circulates: not everything attributed to the Foundation is accurate and sending assets to an exchange is not the same as selling. For flows that are ours, they reflect operational rebalancing to maintain privacy on live positions and an active OpSec program. Anyone who has had their positions exposed and traded against understands why this is necessary. This is standard practice for managing treasury and risk. The priority remains long-term sustainability of the ecosystem.
