But my good Pastor, what Monitor Publications actually reported via monitor.co.ug/uganda/news/na… is very different from what you’re saying. That forensic expert Enock Kanene clearly told court that there was no pornographic material linked to Robert Kayanja, which is the main point you left out. Yes, he talked about finding WhatsApp chats and communication on the phone, but having chats alone doesn’t mean there was any wrongdoing, and he did not confirm any sodomy content. He only said he was checking the phone for such things, and in the end, he did not find them. Also, the claim about messages between Reagan Ssentongo and a number saved as Kayanja is being exaggerated😂😂, bkoz even in court, the way the evidence was handled was questioned. The same expert admitted he didn’t properly verify people he was dealing with and had many contacts with one of the accused, Israel Wasswa(Bodyguard to Pastor of P5), which already raises doubts about how reliable his findings are. On the issue of threats, what was said in court actually supports the idea that the group was trying to pressure or extort the pastor by threatening to release videos, not that they had proven anything against him. So when you look at the full report, it doesn’t prove the claims being pushed..it instead shows gaps in the investigation and raises serious questions about the credibility of the evidence.
