@TuckerGoodrich I agree, it only became a case because enough people got together to move the needle.

@cloudyBlake Anti-trust enforcement in this country is largely a joke. That case was no exception. (At the time that occurred I was in merger arbitrage on Wall Street, as a trader, analyst, and then portfolio manager. Analyzing antitrust cases was my day job, in other words.)
