We had a great time popping a pumpkin this morning! Inspired by @howie_hua, we estimated how many rubber bands it would take for a pumpkin burst. The catch? Our guesses had to fit in specific mathematical categories to win! 🎃 @MmeBedder @dansgotclass @msichiyen

Today we worked on our perseverance by taking the “one-cut geometry challenge”. What shapes can you cut out of the centre of a piece of paper using only one straight cut? @AllenbyPS_TDSB
