I think we all deserve a technical explanation for why the Safaricom line must be SIM 1, or why SIM 1 must be disabled to log in? If this is a security measure, does it imply a vulnerability exists when using Safaricom as SIM 2 alongside another active network? (2/2)

Hey @Safaricom_Care. It is quite frustrating to encounter the "Unable to get Mobile Number" prompt every time I launch the app. Currently, Safaricom is my SIM 2, and it took three attempts just to log in today. This significantly impacts a seamless user experience. (1/2)

@SafaricomPLC @iochanjo Genuine question.. Why wasn't the version some of us tested on the BETA phase used over this version? Even with the recent update, your app still logs me out with every transaction I want to run. Also you ruined the UI. The BETA version's UI was way better.

@deewinc @SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care I wondered as well. Because this is the version I had on BETA testing. Everything was literally flawless and with clearly labelled tabs. The new rollover is one hell of a downgrade.

@davidamunga_ Tbh.. @SafaricomPLC quality downfall is nothing but just sad. The only thing keeping them alive is the strong foundation and customer base, and MPESA. Other than that, everything is just shit. From customer care to literally selling my phone number while I was still using it...

there are only 60 mini apps in their super app (alipay wrapper) and none of their apps except global pay works....
