I do not wish to partake in too much more Avatar discussion because I value what few brain cells I have left, but I will say this since we are on the subject: TLoK turning Toph into a deadbeat single mother of two children by two different fathers is one of the worst and most unsavory writing decisions for a show I have ever seen.

@paloma_datgirl Cordes doesn’t even really have a good storyline. The avatar last Airbender has a perfect storyline that blends all the characters together. It’s not even a comparison.

@VitoComedy Man, I can’t wait until someone comes out with a version of the movie that has the original voice actors back in via AI generation. If you do it right, then they can sound exactly like the original voice cast, which tbh the VA’s we’re probably the worst thing about the movie

It is absolutely disgusting that Paramount / Nickelodeon tossed the original voice actors aside, and is now forcing them to run social media promos to try and save this disastrous new Avatar film. If you don't want fans to watch the leaked film then commit to hiring the original actors to redub it.

Here's an idea. Tax the rich. Anyone earning over 180k per year should get taxed at 100% No one needs to be earning that much. Redistribute the wealth.

@futurxd Culture, I think Anng most certainly would. It just so happens in that circumstance and acted a lot like Korra being hothead, but that isn’t who Anng is at all. But that is how Korra is. It’s interesting that they found the one exact topic that can make Anng act hot headed.

@tysonphotoo Why does this have so much more soul than the new movie? I’m not saying the new movie looks bad because it doesn’t but the art direction and the story blend together so well as well as the music in the scene. The movie I believe fall short of this, which I think is sad.

@hughbileee @LookAtMyMeat1 It wasn’t that people didn’t give korra the ability to make mistakes. It’s that Korra doesn’t actually learn from her mistakes and instead uses PTSD as a way of faking humility. When Aang made a mistake, he saw the consequences and he humbled himself.
