23rd Dec @conormurphysf looked to @Economy_NI to identify groups outside of hospitality venues that would require support. What has your dept. found @gordonlyons1? When will these people be able to access support and how much will be available? Tomorrow 3 weeks will have passed.

Why is an enquiry (paid for by public money) needed to identify whether someone was at a party or not? It’s a yes or no.
