Selling my home in Crawley. Need a variation of contract to remove rent charge clauses. @HigginsHomesPLC demand £840 on top of £420 and £180 already paid to Moat homes and the management agent.
How is this justified? @HenrySmithUK your constituents are being held to ransom.
@TiffanyAndCo Very dissatisfied with the level of service from your customer services team. I have a bracelet that has broken through no fault of my own. I have to pay £50 to get it fixed. The item must have been faulty or of substandard quality for it to have broken.
@LeCreusetUK I tweeted you on 3rd Aug to chase a delivery that I had not received since May. It looked like this had been resolved on 5th Aug however I am still waiting for a delivery date. I have emailed again for updates but have had no response. This is getting ridiculous now!

@LeCreusetUK I contacted you on 5th May and was told that a replacement for my faulty dish would be sent out. I have emailed twice since to chase up a delivery date but can not get a response. Almost three months is a bit ridiculous don’t you think?
